Our founder Arshad S Hashmi is a highly accomplished and gifted architect having earned his B.Arch. (Architecture) from BBR Bihar University with distinction in 1991 and MBA in Project Management from IMT Ghaziabad in 2009. In an era when only a handful of people were aware of the importance of architecture and most of the general public would get their building designed by contractors or masons, he is credited with establishing architecture as a crucial component of a building and profession in North Bihar. He made a name for himself with his creative designs and cost effective solutions. His emphasis on sustainable housing, solid structure, earthquake resistant designs and cost effective methods makes him stand apart from the crowd.
